q: how long will it take to receive my order?

Most of our products are made to order, just for you! Please allow a 12-14 day lead time (+shipping). If you need something faster, please contact us and we'll do our best to work with your schedule. Once your item has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that your product is on its way. We will gladly ship internationally, please contact us for the rate to your home address.  International shipping & customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Our packaging materials are reused/recycled as much as possible. 

q: what is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.  Unused products in original condition may be exchanged or returned for store credit  w/in 7 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs

q: how do I clean vegetable tanned leather?

To clean your bag, dampen a clean cotton cloth with water and wipe the entire bag down evenly. The leather will darken during this process, but dry back to the same shade before you began cleaning. For dirty spots it is ok to use a little more pressure to remove with the damp cloth.

q: do you gift wrap?

Yes, always! All Very Fine South purchases are wrapped as lovely gifts.  Please do let us know if you are sending your order directly as a present.  We'll send the receipt to you, and add a personal message to the lucky recipient.

q: do you accept custom orders?

Yes! all Very Fine South items are handmade, and many are made to order. If there's something you'd like customized, please send us a note to start a conversation.  

q: why do you keep saying "we"?  isn't Very Fine South just one person?

While all of the products are designed and hand crafted by Laura, there's a whole team behind the scenes that make it all possible.  You know who you are - THANK YOU!
